The reservation system for a la carte restaurants is confusing, leading to disappointment!!! Noise from room cleaning and neighboring rooms disrupts relaxation, especially early in the morning!!!

The luxury double room with pool view offered a stunning, direct view of the sparkling pool along with a cozy outdoor seating area, perfect for morning coffee. Various dining options stood out, especially the themed dinners that provided a unique eating experience each night.

While the dining options had great variety, securing reservations often felt like a hassle with long waits, which can be frustrating if you're looking to dine at specific times. Additionally, the drinks labeled as all-inclusive were limited, lacking the premium quality one might expect at a luxury resort.

I had an amazing time with my friends at this resort! We enjoyed thrilling water skiing and went parasailing too. The beautiful hammocks over the water were perfect for relaxation. We also appreciated the daily trips from Heraklion to stunning spots like Spinalonga. The bike rental nearby made exploring easy, fulfilling our adventurous spirit. Totally recommend it!

Had such a great time! The staff really felt like family, especially Eleni, who was just awesome. The food was on point, especially the special dessert for my partner who has gluten issues. It'd be cool to have more English channels on TV. Overall, we loved it!
